A typical JobshopLean project begins with the client company being asked to submit the relevant data as an Excel spreadsheet (PFAST Input File). This Excel spreadsheet is input to PFAST which generates another Excel spreadsheet that contains a variety of outputs (PFAST Analysis Report).
